Scorecard

Let me first congratulate you in getting this far in the bet. In retrospect this was really quite a stupid bet and i'm surprised you actually followed through with it.

As for your posts, I particularly like your most recent one about dreamers and realists. Dreams are just dreams if no action is taken, but it takes a dreamer to realise something a realist could never achieve. If Martin Luther had just sat on his dreams, there probably would be no black president today, but had it not been for his dreams, there definitely would be no black president today. The world is defined by dreamers, so many of history's greatest moments are a result of such outrageous dreams. Dreams can change the world. So never stop dreaming.

Your 'dead and gone' post is also pretty thought provoking. I hardly ever delve into the meaning of songs and especially songs of that particular genre but the more I listen to it the more I like it. This song doesn't just talk about learning from our mistakes, but also about finding yourself in the process, something like the prodigal son. Sometimes we engage in stupid mindless activities that only leave us in regret. But its ok to make stupid mistakes just as long we 'find our way back home' in the end. I don't know why but I feel strangely comforted listening to the song, it really gives me the sense that everything is going to be ok.

As for the total evaluation of your postings, I got to give you points on a good first attemp but you have the potential to be much better. I can tell some of your posts were done half heartedly, but who can blame you right? I wouldn't have bothered writing for a stupid bet. I'll let you self-evaluate and you can decide if you deserve any reward or not.

I look forward to reading an exciting last post from you.
