Interviews

Do i suck at them? Not exactly. But do i like them? Nah.

Guess its just quite a flawed way to judge people. The less conscience you have, the better you can be during one. If you have no qualms acting like someone else during one, odds are you'll be good in interviews.

So maybe we should assess people when their true selfs are on show. One way would be play some sports or board games and offer the incentive that the winner gets the job. See the secretly over- authoritative beasts and sly conniving foxes on full display. Bad thing is some people would be ahead of the game and know what you're up to exactly.

Another more fun, albeit expensive way, would be to make everyone tipsy. Haha

I'm pretty sure that some real geniuses( i mean real ones) have spent coutntless hours contemplating how to better refine selection processes for hiring talents. And they must have spent lotsa time evaluating the many options before deciding interviews are still best.

Thats why after all the stuff i've spouted...i conclude that my ideas are NONSENSICAL or have already been thrown out of the window. It can't be that intellects that spend so much time thinking about it havn't thought about the weird ideas which a stupid kid like me came up in around um..ten minutes. It just can't be.....can it??
